In 2013, I was sent to Dr. Jaffar for chemo treatments because I refused to get a mastectomy for certain reasons I won't go into. The reason I am giving him 5 stars is because he told me it was imperative I lose weight for my type of cancer. Well, because of his insistence, I lost 50 lbs after voraciously reading various articles about my type of cancer. I hope the best for him.
The customer service for this office is HORRIBLE. Ever since they moved to new location, the chick that answered the phone has poor skills in handling patient calls. She talks over and interrupts. Thinks she knows what you are trying to ask. Which causes you to have to repeat yourself. I would not recommend this office based on her actions alone. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. This was a call I had on 02.08.18 at 452p. She states she is based at the Mission Trails location now, for I believe Dr Rafi.
