Rude receptionists, never answer the phone or return calls, and then try to charge extra if you miss appt cause they didn’t answer the phone.
I called to reschedule my appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She told me that they won't see me until I pay my full balance. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, they never told me what my copay was. The receptionist is rude, dismissive and not compassionate.
Never had a bad experience - staff has always been in a good mood, Dr. Madhun is great to work with, they're extremely efficient. I had a 10AM appointment, checked in at 9:50 and was heading out by 10:02....can't beat that!
