Been my doctor for years and i would not trade him for anything inthe woeld.

I filed a formal complaint about Dr. Al Saadi with my health insurance company. I arrived for my annual physical and she refused to see me saying I never did some lab work she "ordered" about 6 mos. ago. She said (through her office staff) that I'd need to do that first, then she'd see me. I replied, that's not how it works. I see the Dr., then according to my specific, individual needs at that visit, lab work can be ordered. I've been a patient of hers for about 2 years. There have been many times I wanted to change PCP because of her dismissive, condescending, rude attitude, but didn't because I liked the no narcotics rule which forced us to look at alternative methods. I really benefited from that policy & am glad for at least that much. However, when ever physiological problem I have she dismisses as anxiety & attempts to give me no explanation for I get pretty disgusted. This doctor's strength does not lie in her ability to create rapport nor does it lie in the area of problem solving or trouble shooting complicated medical issues. She simply follows basic medical protocol, orders tests, shares results and does little else to actually help. She is very resistant to referring to specialists which concerns me greatly. Dr Morales is an absolute amazing physician. He took care of both of my parents for many years. He is thorough, patient, kind and responsive to his patients. He is very knowledgeable in all facets of medicine, he is communicative working with all other physicians you may need him to collaborate with. He is a fantastic doctor and a wonderful human being.
