DO NOT GO TO SEE THIS WOMAN! My mom most likely will die of cancer because of this called Doctor. My mom trusted her and she failed her. My mom complaint for more than a year with and she never did the right tests and send her to an specialist. I hope someone try to revoke your license.
The worst! don't Waste your time
Warning Do not bring your loved ones here. My dad is sick and has multiple chronic conditions. If you call you have to wait on hold for a long time or they just forget about you all together. If you need a referral to a specialist you'll have to wait months. My dad has been waiting months to get the referrals he needs to see specialists. You just need people to come back to your office so you can make money and not give actually care for the health of sick people. The office staff is rude and incompetent. Was Just introduced to this Physician due to insurance change and she gets concerned about all the wrong things. was more focused on my medication list then my pending health issues. experience was not very good. she doesn't listen, to your health issues, that need to be addressed. so the whole visit was in vain.
No stars if I could. Dr. (?) Jorro refused to authorize pre surgery lab and referrals for bariatric surgery. Her reason? SHE doesn't believe in it. Absolutely no concern for her patient"s desires. Our son is a bariatric surgeon and we are very informed about the procedures, the risks and the rewards. This Doctor should not be allowed to teach others until she comes down from her God complex. We do not need dictators in the medical profession.
The worst experience all the companies I check her after my bad experience put her in bad shape is not her is her STAFF! she was a Pharmacist she know what she do but she has a PA which is riiidiculous how she treat people. That PA should be fired. My experience was a bad abandonment of a pt after been waiting since 1:00pm in a room until 5:00 they told me then that they was going to close. Dr Jorro has been my primary for more than ten years; her care has been exemplary. She is thoughtful and fully engaged; she asks questions respectfully and listens carefully. Her staff are well trained professionals who treat patients with respect and dignity. Her wait times can be long, but it is always because she makes each patient her immediate priority, and that sometimes takes a little more time.
