I would have loved to been able to meet Dr Russel but after waiting over a week for her staff to call me back to schedule and then calling them twice and finally getting a hold of someone they said that they just don’t have availability to see us! I was referred for a reason, but apparently they are just too busy!
Amazing doctor, and wonderful staff. Appointments are always so punctual yet when you go back for your appointment it feels like you are their only patient for the whole day. It’s so refreshing to go here, where they are not overbooking appointments causing the staff to be spread thin and making the appointments feel rushed. Dr Russell is just so kind and transparent with everything. She explains things so well and makes sure that you get all your questions answered. This office provides great care. Thank you all.

I don’t think it is possible to get a more compassionate Doctor in your corner. Also, April the genetic counselor, is professional, kind, and selfless. I highly recommend this team.
