Very professional and friendly to work with.
I have never been a patient of Zoe, nor do I ever want to be. I had a mammogram and ultrasound, which came back normal after being referred to her, and she didn’t want to see me because both had came back normal. I found another breast doctor that saw me despite my results. She ordered an MRI . I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. This doctor is a joke. Find someone who actually cares about you.
She is a good surgeon, but she didn’t recognize a desmoid tumor until she took it out, which is generally not recommended for desmoid tumors. Also, every time I had a follow up appointment scheduled with her, they call and have to reschedule it because she’s going away on yet another vacation. I don’t begrudge her a vacation, but she should stick to the commitments she made in advance. Not everyone has the ability reschedule on a whim. Oh also, the staff is great.
The first time I saw her she was great, but my 2nd appointment with her was a completely different experience. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. There were times that I couldn’t even complete a sentence because she kept interrupting me. She spoke to me at times like I was a 2 year old. I’m already in the process of switching to a new surgeon.
