Awful follow up with patients.
I will NEVER come back to this place!! Front desk is Blah, Probably one of the slowest operating clinics I’ve have ever been to. Be prepare to wait and wait and wait. I’m glad I showed up 20 min before my appointment. Even though I didn’t get called for over 3 hours after my appointment time. Total 3 1/2 hours. How could anyone be ok with that! Wow!! There was no one there. BEWARE STAY AWAY!! It felt like a morgue. Update: I’m here for my follow up ( figured I have to give them another chance) Big mistake!! I’m about to walk... read more
I am unable to get my prescriptions filled. Some of the staff is excellent but there are others that will just hang up on you or not even make eye contact with you. It's unfortunate that there are some employees that work under Dr. Cortez that are horrible.
