My husband checking out of Vanderbilt Hospital. Attending care provider was Zinah Hadidi, she got everything wrong on his After Visit Summary. The paperwork is vital for insurance. She put down Hypoxia which was not why he was admitted! He was admitted for severe pain and weakness, come to find out he has a rare blood disease. The breathing issue was just one of symptoms of Antisynthetase syndrome, which is what he has. No where on the paperwork is it mentioned.
