As soon as you walk in reception staff are very warm and welcoming, service was amazing, and i had a great experience with Dr Vanessa and will recommend to friends and family!
All I can say is WOW! So professional and caring. I had bottom implant and top denture, it was all well explained. Dr Zielinski was so gentle and very thorough, I highly recommend him.
I visited Vanessa as a new patient to have a crown fitted. Vanessa prepared a crown for the wrong tooth which included cutting off a perfectly fine porcelain veneer. When they found that I didn’t have dental cover Dr Zielinski tried to have me pay in full for this completely unnecessary crown. I refused. Vanessa agreed to pay the fee but I was told by the receptionist not to come back and that this has all been my fault. For background, I have a set of 8 veneers on my upper jaw.
