The only reason I’m not giving this office one star is because Dr. Cook was great. That said, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up. It’s been over a month since my appointment, and I still haven’t received a call about my results. I’ve left messages for the nurse and spoken with the front desk several times, only to be met with the runaround. I didn’t pay for an exam and lab work just for fun. I’m trying to understand what’s going on with my health. Being left in the dark this long is really unprofessional.
I have been coming here for over two decades, and Dr. Melham, Dr. Cook, and Dr. Nanda are the best doctors I’ve ever had. However, my issue is with the nursing staff. I had an appointment on February 28th, and now it’s April 14th—and I still haven’t received a call regarding my Pap smear results. There is no way anyone can justify being too busy for nearly two months to return a simple phone call. I’ve never experienced such poor service from the nurses here before. Scheduling a surgery that I went in for a consult for 2 and a half months ago still has not been scheduled despite me calling the office surgery scheduler and Dr. Melhem's PA 8x a day. I would not recommend.
