Less than 1 star...the person answering the phone from Trinidad is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! First she leaves you on hold for 15-20 mins then when she does answer she wants you to call back the next day...when you call the next day she wants you to call back the next day...3 DAYS IN A ROW!!!!
