I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gooi. After surgery, he took the time to personally call me and ask how I was doing more than once. He is patient, and always takes the time to answer my questions. My appointments never felt rushed. His bedside manner is second-to-none. He is attentive, caring, and professional.

I couldn't recommend Dr Gooi enough. He was the surgeon for my Parotidectomy July 2025. Every interaction I had with him i left feeling informed and cared for. He showed great empathy and was clearly confident and experienced in his field. In turn i went into the surgery confident in his ability to deliver the best outcome for me. i was diagnosed by Dr. Zhen Gooi with Pleomorphic adenoma, a benign tumor of the salivary gland. He explained everything to me and we agreed to take it out, since it has a 10% probability of developing into malignancy. Dr. Gooi did the 5 hour surgery at uchicago and it was so much better than i expected. No complications and i expected my face to be numb after the procedure, but it was perfectly fine.
