Some of the staff there are horrible. I didn't even schedule and infusion because I did not like how they were treating me on the phone. When working in Healthcare you just listen to your patients and take them seriously and not push aside their anxieties. Additionally, the doctor and APRN had different things to say about side effects. If you want to be treated with respect I would recommend another facility.

Do NOT go to this Doctor. Scheduled an infusion and then upon arrival it was not preauthorized by insurance. We paid the cost of the infusion and subsequently our insurance sent an approved EOB with $50 copay. They will not return our money. The insurance company said they still did not do a peer to peer review or submit any information to finalize their reimbursement. I had asked them to do a peer review on the day of service. My Mom Camille went here for her chemotherapy. The doctors and staff were very caring. My Mom past away on 3/11/23. I just received a beautiful sympathy card from O.H.C.C. It is very well signed and has a lot of condolences! I highly recommend Doctor Lu and staff!, Thank you very much for your condolences!
