Made an appointment for this qwack two months out, after calls from this office every day (5 days) reminding me of this appointment, I get to the appointment at 0945 (10:00, apt. Time) and they have me fill out all this paperwork, ok no big deal. Then the lady behind the desk tells me "Doctor Cortez will not be able to see you".
