Not the best experience. In the beginning it was great and she was helpful. But I dont think she really listens to what i am saying on how the medication is effecting me or not helping. Im going through an extremely difficult time and my medication isnt helping. Her solution was shock therapy. I began to steadily decrease trust, and my mental health has been so much worse because of it. Now im terrified to tell her my medication isnt helping
Horrible. Doesnt see patients after appointments are made and doesn't notify patients.
First appointment was great. I didn't want to leave. She's very comforting.
Dr. Vivar did not make me feel comfortable. Our appointments felt rushed and I didn't feel like she made an effort to understand how I was feeling and being affected by my medication.
I love Dr Vivar. She had helped my dad with his depression and anxious so much since he has started seeing him. She always fills his scripts, is very easy to get an appointment with and I've never never had any issue with the people at the front desk. As for the person below me review, I've never had any problems with the staff and I've talked to all of the ladies and the guy. As to my knowledge a Shannon does not even work there, she must be talking about a different office.
i've been out of my medication for days now and trying to refill it. I wouldn't have had this problem if she filled them like she said she would a week ago. Also the women who work at the front desk and answer phones are INCREDIBLY RUDE. They always have an attitude and treat me terribly whether its over the phone or in person. They all seem like they hate their jobs. The one i've had the most problems with is named shannon. She's the worst. I would not tell anyone to go here.
Dr Vivar has my best interests in my treatment of depression and ADD.
