Called after her office appeared as a fraudulent charge on our credit card as a courtesy letting them know we had disputed the charge. Receptionist was incredibly rude, interrupting me multiple times and saying they never got that much money….with very little detail about amount or date. If this doctors staff is that rude, there’s no way I’d see them on a regular basis. Thanks for making a bad situation worse.
