They did not have an appointment in the office yet they had an appointment for a video visit. Now there is no real way temperature, blood pressure, etc. could accurately be determined through a phone. But the bigger problem to me was that the doctor would not prescribe enough antibiotic to knock out my sinus infection. I called back when I ran out and they would not refill it. I never had this problem with Dr. Robinson.
