I was turned away for my appointment because I didn't have a list of my medication which are in their computer if they weren't so damn lazy and looked it up
Profoundly unprofessional. I would encourage them to get someone who knows how to answer phone calls, the receptionist is very rude (name Cristina)
They are very professional and courteous
