Dr. Zeider is an EXCELLENT dentist. However, I was told the practice was in network, then after receiving a large invoice, was told they were now out of network. I was told the “practice” makes those decisions and apparently they don’t tell the office. I find it disappointing that they don’t tell patients of the change. Just posting so you can beware to check. I am Highmark/United Concordia. Great Dentist/Poor business practice. Dr zieders and staff are top notch . I broke a tooth early in the week and had an appointment mid week. As I was waiting in the waiting room all I could hear playing in my mind was “ The nurse finally said doc's ready for you You're not gonna feel a thing we'll give you some Novocaine That tooth'll be fine in a minute or two Then he stuck that needle down deep in my gum And he started drillin' before I was numb” this was not the case . Dr Zieders gave me some numbing gel and Novocaine and I couldn’t feel a thing . Excellent ... read more

Not pleased the best dentist I ever had retired and had to fine another. Had to have dentures and ended up with yellowed ones b/c he didn’t ask and I didn’t know!!!! Said insurance was covered but had a 500.00 bill
