I was treated the rudest I have ever been treated in my life by Dr. Mason's nurse, who slammed the door on me twice and huffed out of the room when I told her I was in the office for an annual physical, which I had scheduled a year ago, instead of a "wellness visit" which I did not need, since I had that in June. Dr. Mason herself never came in to see me and clear this confusion up. Never have I seen anyone as unprofessional as this nurse was today. I will find a new doctor.
Dr. Mason and her staff are the best medical team I have ever had. Dr. Mason is super knowledgeable and understanding. She is efficient and thorough. Her team are incredibly understanding. They are resourceful and accommodating. I live abroad, but, I wait to have my physicals and follow ups with Dr. Mason. Totally recommend.
Totally love dr Mason and her staff. I drive 2 hrs to see her and will not change drs. She listens and understands my issues. Thank you for your quality service.
She is amazing! She listens! She went to bat with my insurance company to get me medication I needed but they did not want to pay for. She got it approved! Something the last two doctors were not able to do. She treated me like a grown up who was aware of her health and recognized problems. I never felt rushed, I felt important. She and her staff are wonderful, and caring.
