No phone hold service! I had to call almost 8 times to reach a receptionist and she was extremely rude. I love Dr. Saul and Miljkovic but they really need to find a better system for the phone line.
I find Dr. Zane to be professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable & informative. I enjoy working with him as we deal with a very serious staph infection over a six month period.
How can Dr. Saul allow his staff to mistreat and verbally abuse his patients? After dealing with his horrible staff I have lost my faith in the doctors who run this practice.
