I’ve been a patient here since I was a child. The quality of the care I have been receiving has gone down hill terribly. As I get older, dr. Nawab , and also now Erika, another provider there have not taken my concerns seriously. I was brought someone else’s blood work labs, and I had a horrible rash that required a topical, and they had 4 different medications for me in there system and the sectary couldn’t even tell me what they’re for and when I was prescribed them. I am so grateful to Dr. Nawab and all the people at this clinic. She and the PAs and NPs are very skilled and very kind and supportive. She is willing to help me figure out how to treat my Long Covid when other doctors would not. The office staff and manager are also exceptionally kind. The first time I had ever visited the boroughs was over two years ago and after many check ins from their staff I FINALLY booked my first physical in years.
