The first time I had ever visited the boroughs was over two years ago and after many check ins from their staff I FINALLY booked my first physical in years. Just went here as a new patient and was very impressed. The staff in front was absolutely excellent. Both had great personality. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m truly grateful I ended up at their office. If you’re looking for a new Dr I would highly recommend. I read some previous reviews about how rude people behind the desk were and I truly find that hard to believe based on my personal experience today.
Very unprofessional and unorganized medical center ..Assistants were rude and disrespectful when THEY were the ones making mistakes! Spent hours trying to sort out referrals for routine lab work and x-ray and eventually gave up. Stay away.
Joke of a doctors office, None of them must have taken the Hippocratic oath!! Worst doctors…. All they care about is money. I scheduled a visit, gave them all my information. and when I arrived I was told my insurance was no longer taken. DO NOT GO HERE !!!
