I have been in so many Family physician in my life But Dr. Zinab Mahmoud by far is the best! so knowledgeable, so patience that makes her so unique and different from others out there. Oh did I mention that her staff and front desk are the best
By far the worst doctor I've had the mispleasure of attempting to visit. She's extremely knowledgeable, yes, but good luck getting an appointment if you're sick. I've been trying to get her to pre-authorize my medications for three months now with no luck, and she's impossible to get ahold of and her voicemail is always full, which makes her worthless as a PCP. Stay away if you actually need a doctor's attention.
We need more doctors like Dr. Mahmoud in the world. I have severe anxiety and she was extremely understanding and thorough. Her office staff are also exceptional people. I'm new to her office, but beyond grateful and trust she will be thorough and professional and treat my whole body, not just symptoms.
