I am extremely disappointed with the care and customer service at this doctor’s office. My son, who has special needs, has been waiting months for a specialist appointment and needed a referral. When I called to inquire about it, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of compassion. Instead of trying to help, I was asked why I didn’t get the referral at a previous visit. Terrible doctor never prior authorizes my mothers diabetic medicines and needs. She always has to call several times to get it done! Only spends about 5 minutes with her and never listens to anything she has to say. Currently looking for a new doctor. STAY AWAY!
I have been with Dr . Ansari for many years and wouldn't have any other doctor him and his staff are fantastic
Dr. Ansari is an excellent doctor. Whenever I have a problem, I can always get in touch with him either the office visits (which are monthly) or by video call. I feel very secure in his knowledge of my conditions. My whole family is attended by him. His staff are always kind, professional and extremely courteous. I would and often do recommend him to others.
