A year ago when this all began I experienced excruciating pain in my upper legs and lower back. I was unable to get up out of a chair or even walk across the room without unbearable pain. I started going to PT for what the doctors thought was a hip flexor issue. 3 months in I was told it was possibly my knees. Treatment went faster then expected. I went for my back but I told him about this issue with my knee and shoulder and man I feel great! I had the knee issue for years and now I know how to get it gone and my shoulder is feeling better then it has in years!
I can’t give Dr. Tomko enough stars for my recent treatment. I had been dealing with near constant and persistent hip pain for months. I wasn’t sure if I needed physical therapy or a chiropractor, and had tried acupuncture, cupping and regular stretching. While I had some success managing my symptoms, I have a better understanding of the cause of my pain, and am generally living pain-free now.
