I am giving Dr. Goodwin this low rating because three weeks after I made an appointment with him (for seven weeks later), his office called and canceled my appointment because he wasn't taking new patients. I think he should honor new patient appointments he has already made. Now I have to start over finding another neurologist. His office did offer an appointment with a different doctor, but I was not inclined to work with them anymore.
