Dr. Zachary Windrow was rude and unprofessional. I waited two hours in back room and had to arrange someone to pick up my child from school due to the excessive wait. While I’m on the phone with the person who is picking up my child, and who can’t find the school, Dr. Zachary Windrow walks in. I ask for a minute and Dr. Zachary Windrow replied “nope, I’ll be back in another hour” in an obnoxious tone. Dr. Windrow’s actions were unprofessional and unethical.

He's laid back and easy to deal with. He listens and explains when necessary. I really appreciate him.
