Our appointment with Dr.Liss went really well. He’s knowledgeable and professional. But it’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the office. Out of all the times I’ve called, I can’t remember anyone ever answering the phone. I wasted half my Friday trying to get the medication that was prescribed. I couldn’t find a pharmacy that carried the liquid form, so I needed someone at their office to change the prescription to the pill form. Dr. Liss is a great pediatric urologist! His PA also helped move the appointment along quickly and helped me understand what was going on. They even let me play music for my 4 month old son and made us feel comfortable with a quick procedure!
Dr. Liss is amazing! He saw my son (14) twice and both times he kept him involved in the decisions about our options for his situation. He even remembered that my son wrestles which is amazing considering it was his 6 month checkup. I would recommend him to anyone needing urological care. Well worth the 35 min drive for us.
