The lady who works there name Jackie. Without authorization did a credit check on my wife & added more money to her carecredit card without her knowledge. Originally she told us we could break it down to three payments. Then told us balance due. Then she lied & told my wife that she talks to me about it all the time. Which is not true. We only spoke when she couldn't get in touch with my 90 year old grandmother to remind her of her appointment.
