I had 2 teeth pulled today. It was somewhat of a complicated procedure but I was finished in 2 hours. I had no discomfort during the process. Dr. Gilbertson was extremely cautious in making sure that my mouth and gums were completely numb. He is a very caring doctor in my opinion and I will recommend to anyone!😊
Absolutely a jerk!! Went in & had a decent hygienist, but dentist was definitely out for money. I had one filling done & the Gilbertson literally dropped his tools on me. They took my insurance, but I won’t be back. Absolutely nothing to say pleasant about this place.
The receptionist gives this place its only star. Hygienist had poor bedside manner & ended up causing my blood vessels to spasm- I have an autoimmune condition. Even after seeing that I was blue, and being asked, she refused to use anything other her vibrating tool to clean. My teeth were still dirty anyway. Dentist has worst bedside manner. Would never return. This honest dentist charged my insurance for an exam he never performed. Why- I will never know. Definitely don’t go here (I actually found someone in town).
Dr. Gilbertson is meticulous and patient with a great chairside manner. Everyone there is kind and caring.
Dr Gilbertson and his staff are professional and friendly. They take time with their patients to do a thorough job and answer any questions you have.
