I spoke with this doctor as he happens to be the on call regarding a patient who has an upcoming procedure in 2 days. I needed to clarify orders as of is high importance. Within the minute i spoke with him, it is my first time in my nursing career that I wanted to cry over a phone call that is a just about a minute long.
