I'd like to acknowledge the front office staff at Dr. Chris Z's office at INOVA! Each time I've called the office, the front desk personnel goes out of their way to assist me! Lola, whom I recently spoke with is kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The experience I've had with Dr. Z's office always exceeds any expectations I may've had!
