I have known Dr. Scott for about 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Her office has beautiful artwork and is decorated nicely. Every room smells fresh with hints of lavender and frankincense. Soft music plays in the background. The staff is very nice and professional as well. I would highly recommend.
Honestly, I should have read the reviews before booking. This was my very first OB appointment, and when I called to ask about earlier availability, the front desk seemed unorganized, as respectfully as I can say that. I booked the appointment for birth control after confirming my overall well-being, but later I was told I was scheduled for a different OB concern instead. Always been thorough with my healthcare and my mental. Personable!!
Horrible experience. The front desk staff is rude and careless. My mom had an appointment, and while we were on our way, I received a call from my dad’s dialysis center saying they had called an ambulance for him. I had to turn around immediately to go there. My mom called the office to explain that she would not be able to make it due to this emergency. The staff member on the phone could even hear the ambulance sirens in the background. I haven’t gone to Doctor Scott in a few years and I’m still traumatized by the care that I received from her. I felt as though I needed to leave a review because now as a student nurse I now realize how dismissive and negligent she was, I had to have a procedure and was lied to about the amount of pain it would be.
