Insensitive Dismissive Money hungry These are real lives yall are playing with and I’ll never understand the mistreatment of patients. We deserve basic decency especially from our OBGYN. It’s been weeks and every time I call the office to get a read on my results, I’m met with hostility. This isn’t free. You aren’t doing me a favor. This is your JOB. Don’t treat me inferior in the worst possible place. A medical office. Shame on the lady who answers the phone!
Honestly - I can’t brag on this place enough. In the office I was light headed from fasting and being on my cycle. I had on hot clothes I rushed to throw on because I almost missed the appointment. From the beginning to end, everyone was so kind and they even noticed I was struggling and gave me bottled water and chocolate to boost my energy and make me feel better. I moved to GA and searched for a good Gynecologist. I found a doctor online and was beyond excited to meet and be seen by Dr. Miller, as the reviews were amazing! It must’ve been an off day because the visit was a disappointment. She wasn’t warm, she wasn’t engaging—it was more like get me in and out and move on. She was very cold.
