I met this lovely woman on a flight back to South Florida. I talked to her about my current therapy plan, and she was more than pleasant with me and sat and talked with me the entire flight. I have a psychologist that I see on a regular basis, but after the hours that I spent with her on a flight I would feel more than comfortable to come to her and spend time working through my problems.
