I have been with Dr. Smith and her team since 2009. We are extremely happy with the care we have received.
She was very skilled and kind during her treatment of a severe cut.
Dr Yvonne Smith office workers are very polite and professional. The atmosphere is very peaceful. Dr Yvonne is very patient, kind and loving. She listens attentively to your health issues . My family loves Dr Yvonne Smith and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a Doctor that truly cares. My experience at this facility is definitely a five star .
The office has its co-payers waiting entirely too looong!! I'm sitting here writing the review and still haven't been seen. It is now 10:40pm, I had a 9:15pm appt. WOW. I clearly undertake some patients may take longer than expected but this is a quite ridiculous. And this isn't the first occasion. I came back after leaving for this same reason, and I'll be damn the same boofoonery, WAITING, as if the patients time is irrelevant. SMH! IT'S NOW 1045? NO DOC.
