Dr. Laclaustra basically saved my life! After years of suffering with a breast infection, she operated, removed the mass, and saved my breast! I can’t say enough about her!!! Except, Thank you!!!!
This doctor was absolutely the most unprofessional ridiculous and rude human being that I have ever encountered. She was absolutely uncaring and heartless towards my sister and I when we had a couple questions regarding my mom's surgery. The worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. She was rude, cold and had zero bedside manner. At the initial visit I had questions about a procedure and she kept telling me I was too nervous and too scared and she wouldn’t answer any of my questions. When it came time for the procedure I asked her a simple question, how long would the procedure take.
