Dr. Oya, did a cervical fusion on me. He failed miserably. In 2016 April, he promised I would not have range of motion problems it's horrible how limited my range of motion is, he said he would peel my muscles back because cutting them my muscles would not grow back, he cut them. I'm in more pain now than I ever have been. It's 2023 and it's only getting worse. Wouldn't recommend him to operate on a snake
