Better to send your admission secretary to training on how to do costumer service properly and how to talk to people in a good way. She's working in admission but she don't know how to properly do her job she answer in rude way
I was transfered by ambulance from Swan River in active labour. Dr Kasim, refused to see me at the hospital, nurses told my husband and I to go stay in a hotel. After laboring all night my husband rushed me back to the hospital at 6am. Not my first baby, I knew my labour was stalled with contractions 2 minutes apart. Nurses called the Dr, he finally came to see me at 11am, I told him he needed to provide pitocin or break my water as I was stalled, he refused and told me to go home and come back in a week! Best doctor ever after doing all his tests and saying peri menopause he listened to my concerns about cancer. He said you know what if it helps you sleep let's do a biopsy. Long story short him listening to me saved my life. First biopsy was negative. A month later a second one was positive. Early detection saved me all because he cared enough to listen and wanted to ease my fear.
I went in to discuss HRT. The doctor told me I could try turning on a fan at night to deal with my night sweats...that's just the tip of the iceberg. Enough said. Terrible.
I had a very bad experience with this Dr & would definitely not recommend.
