Dr Yuri T. is great and his assistant also. 15 years of loyalty to Dr. T It's his 'front desk' administrative staff that's the problem. They do everything they can to cover up their mistakes, even telling lies. Today my wife had an appointment we made weeks ago to get an injection. I have been a patient of Dr. Talavaev’s for fifteen years and he was great. However, for the past year, I have been unable to contact his office via phone. It doesn’t even have voicemail! You have to literally drive to their office for anything-medicine update or release, appointment making, etc… Today I arrived at his office to check on an appointment because I had written it down incorrectly and needed to check on the actual time of the appointment.
