The doctor is very nice but I was very disappointed in how his staff didn't help me. After getting two orders for my son to do a sleep test and a balance test, I never got a call to schedule any of them. When I spoke to the doctors nurse I was told to try and call them back again the next week. I still haven't been able to schedule any of these tests for my son and his staff didn't really seem to care. I will find another ENT for him.
