If you are looking for a physician who is rude, condescending, insensitive and has THE WORST bedside manner, then Dr Yulya is the person to see. She either doesn’t have a clue on how to engage with patients or she simply does not care. I’m not sure which is worse. Her tone is so abrasive, the last thing you want is for her to treat you. The worst doctor I’ve ever come across!!! She is nasty and extremely un-empathetic. I had a full on breakdown crying in her office because of how mean she was. Told me my cervical condition and surgery was “not that serious. She doesn’t deserve to be a doctor!!!!

Would give 0 if I could. Claimed her stethoscope wasn’t working, so I needed an EKG. Billed the EKG to my insurance claiming it was done the day AFTER my appointment, so my insurance didn’t cover it. Currently disputing this FRAUD!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First of all she does not wear a mask! Very dismissive, patronizing, and belittling throughout the visit. Said that mental illnesses are not disabilities because they "come from the brain." Unprofessional and ignorant. This is unacceptable coming from a doctor.
