My husband scheduled an appointment specifically to see the doctor. However, when he arrived, he was seen by a nurse practitioner instead. When he asked why he wasn’t seeing the doctor he had made the appointment with, he was simply told that the doctor was busy.
Dr. Chalik is an excellent doctor! I had a very difficult situation and he handled it very quickly and professionally. The team is also great! I certainly recommend dr. Chalik to anyone who is looking for professional help.
I practically had to fight just to explain my problems. I don’t know how you earned the “Top Urology” title, but I don’t believe you deserve it. I had to struggle just to explain my condition to the doctor, and honestly, I got no benefit from the appointment. You gave me another appointment, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. If you want to feel worthless and ignored, you can come to this clinic. I don’t have time to waste on a place like this.
I won’t be returning to this clinic.
