Dr. Tinoco was amazing! She sat down and asked about any immediate concerns or issues I needed addressing during this visit. She was calm, caring, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and very approachable. She placed orders and consults in while she was in the room during my appointment. She was very thorough and helped me to navigate finding new specialists within the Cleveland clinic healthcare system. I’m glad I didn’t base my decision of choosing Dr. Tinoco as my new primary care on the reviews on Google.

Only worried about the money, while letting her patients become more sick. Absolutely terrible doctor. Complete and total disregard for her patients. When sending a message to her, she doesn’t respond. Trying to get her on the phone completely impossible. Attempting to get her to listen to my family member and her concern is a on the verge of negligence.
