How is it possible that the 'lady' who answers the phone still has a job? I called today because I had a referral put in over a week ago. Just wanted to see when I would be getting in. I was told that the Dr. put my file as 'pending' and it wasn't important. I said it was to me. She said, well you don't make the decisions, the Dr. does. She says its not important.
