Exceptional service. Very kind. She stands up for her patients. She is the best neuro-optho I have seen. I have been to 4 of most highly recommended. She is very good at follow through and has called me at home. I really appreciate her time and consideration.

I have been a patient of Dr Zhao for over two years. She diagnosed me when nobody else had any idea what was wrong with me. Dr Zhao is very thorough and knowledgeable, she also listens to my concerns and ideas about my treatment. Unlike a lot of Drs she is quick to respond to texts or phone calls and honestly cares about her patients. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Worst care I have received. I have swelling on my optic nerve that has been unexplained with no symptoms. Dr. Zaho did not care to take the time to come up with a treatment plan or what next steps were when things didn't work. When the first medication left me not functioning due to serious side effects that were explained to me by the pharmacist, Dr. Zaho proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that its "not a symptom of the medication" which it obviously is.
