I liked her as a doctor. Her assistant was good too. They have poor phone service, poor website assistance and lack of staff to fill prescription requests. I was always chasing down prescriptions. Even when I did infusions at the last location which was a long drive they forgot to order it. They said either reschedule or drive from Burnsville to Golden Valley and my husband drove me. She doesn’t care and she is a gas lighter. Two great qualities when you’re in need of a neurologist. There are plenty of others out there.

Exceptional service. Very kind. She stands up for her patients. She is the best neuro-optho I have seen. I have been to 4 of most highly recommended. She is very good at follow through and has called me at home. I really appreciate her time and consideration.

I have been a patient of Dr Zhao for over two years. She diagnosed me when nobody else had any idea what was wrong with me. Dr Zhao is very thorough and knowledgeable, she also listens to my concerns and ideas about my treatment. Unlike a lot of Drs she is quick to respond to texts or phone calls and honestly cares about her patients. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
