Absolute joke of a clinic. Completely empty waiting room but apparently “not taking new patients.” I’ve lived around the corner for 15 years, but because I don’t come in regularly, they won’t see me — ridiculous. This is exactly what’s wrong with healthcare in this country. No flexibility, no care, just rules and excuses. I have a 3-year-old with a cough and just needed a quick check, nothing complicated. As another patient of this practice, I feel the need to respond because my experience has been completely different. I have consistently found the doctors and staff to be professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. I’ve always been listened to and treated with courtesy, and my family has received nothing but thorough and compassionate care.
