Rude receptionist its not that hard to be nice
DR Tin and Christina are amazing, always caring, professional and polite. They make every visit comfortable and stress free. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Absolute joke of a clinic. Completely empty waiting room but apparently “not taking new patients.” I’ve lived around the corner for 15 years, but because I don’t come in regularly, they won’t see me — ridiculous. This is exactly what’s wrong with healthcare in this country. No flexibility, no care, just rules and excuses. I have a 3-year-old with a cough and just needed a quick check, nothing complicated.
