I echo the other comments. I've been trying to make an appointment for weeks. Finally someone called back - I gave all my information in order to make the apt - insurance, etc. She put me on "hold" to ask if I could do a telehealth appointment, but she hung up. Now I cannot get a human on the phone to make an appointment - just a bizarre answering machine answers. This is ridiculous.
Dr. Choi single-handedly saved my life! I have been a patient of hers for the past 18 years. She found cancerous cells and walked me thru ever single step needed to make sure I was here to raise my girls! She is kind, patient, caring, on top of being the best in this field! I recommend her to every one I know.
Dr Choi is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I have been seeing her for years. She’s thorough, kind and has a great bedside manner. She is receptive and answers all of your questions. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
Same complaint as Monica Dias, I have a positive cologuard test result, have been trying every number on the site, answering machine only picks up. I leave contact info, not a call back after 6 attempts. If I could give 0 star I would. Kenneth Fenton
