This office has gone completely downhill. No one ever answers the phone, and getting a call back is nearly impossible. Every time we try to coordinate something for my dad, they drop the ball—again and again. It’s been a mess since Maria left the front desk; she actually cared and kept things running smoothly. This doctor is a joke. They want you to come in every couple months to get another proscription and pay them more money. I I’ve asthma and they know what medication I need. They prefer to get me to come in and pay over $100 for them to tell me the same shit. Money hungry shit show.
Grateful for how my treatment plan is coming along. Edwin did my breathing test. Great personality and he made my experience even better.
Dr. Anid is a good doctor. He listens to questions and answers in ways that are easily understood. Wait time is minimal. Up until recently they had a woman, Maria who was very unpleasant and caused many negative and low ratings for Doctor Anid. Please know that she is gone. Consider Dr. Anid for your pulmonologist. He is caring, concerned and respectful. He gets to the bottom of any issues. I write this review having just been informed they no longer take my insurance.
