I have been Dr. Salem's patient for about 15 years. Dr. Salem is an outstanding urologist and I trust Dr. Salem completely. He always explains my medical condition so that I understand it and he uses visuals to support his treatment. I have a recurring kidney stone problem. I can always trust that Dr. Salem will take the best care of my condition. Dr. Salem has a wonderful disposition and he is so patient, understanding, and caring in every way. I'm a new patient for Dr. Yousef Salem. I visited his office two times ( 1 Oct. and again 15 Oct 2015 ) for my annual prostate exam. He was very professional and took time to explain the result of my exam and what the medication proscribe was for. He asked the right questions and his bed side manner put me at ease during the exam. I was more than pleased with my visit and would recommend him to other seniors my age (68). I've scheduled a follow-up exam in six months.

They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Terrible doctor, did not remember my name so he wrote the prescription for he wrong person. Left medical paperwork in the office with me. His staff lost my paperwork and were rude and understaffed. When I went in for a procedure his bedside manner was aloof and uncaring, the paper his staff provided so that I could ne ready for this procedure left me ompletely unprepared. This coupled with his bedside manner led to an awful experience.
