My go to dental. Friendly staff
I’ve been a patient for a few years and happy with Dr. Kim and his care. But I was a bit surprised during my recent visit. When I arrived, the two people at the front desk didn’t say any word, like a “hi” or “hello.” After my treatment, when I came to the front desk for payment, they also remained silent instead of saying something like, “One moment, please,” or “I’ll be with you shortly.” I don’t think it matters whether they were busy or not—greeting patients is just common courtesy.
